Sensory overload occurs when the sights, sounds, smells, or other sensations in a certain environment become too much for the brain to handle.  Those with autism, ADHD, or generalized anxiety are more likely to experience sensory overload.
This soundscape attempts to capture the essence of this experience, as it takes you through a day in the life of someone who encounters sensory overload and finds ways to cope with it.
